Graphics Difference between Editor and on PC

I'm having some graphical differences between playing in the editor and on PC.

I just have a single directional light for the moonlight.

Not quite sure whats going on here, lighting ? World settings ? Anybody got any ideas ?

maybe its the patch size of the terrain? light-mass volume constraints? or the material you used being opaque?
