    How to create Rhythm-Game?

    UDK is basically a FPS game, you work primarily in feel, which is how I am not sure whether you have to work.

    You should try and find someone to translate for you.

    There're multiple ways to go about this. Maybe the easiest would be making functions for each 'zone', and binding them to the appropriate keys. The functions would all call another function with some kind of id. This function would check if the pawn is touching some previously defined object (music note, etc) or calculate the distance for accuracy. This would work if your pawn was continuously moving forward, or if your level was continuously moving toward the pawn.
