How do you set a SM to ignore DOF

I'm making an outdoor level. I have blurred background hills using DoF in a postprocess volume. I'm satisfied with the affect, except my sky dome is being blurred along with the background terrain. I would prefer that the sky dome did not experience the blurring of DoF, but it is the most distance mesh from the post process volume anchor point.

Is there an option to instruct specific meshes to ignore DoF affects?

Is there a better all together different approach that I could be taking?

    Thanks for your help.

Post processing occurs after the scene has been rendered. It's effectively a filter that is applied to the image that is output to your screen - as a result, you can see it isn't possible to skip certain meshes.

Thanks for answering that. It's a shame, perhaps I can get around it with more inventive placement of meshes.
