I think for your first answer is to open up the content browser, and on the window tabs there should be levels, actors etc. Forgot which one because I'm not on my main pc ATM, just search through. I've seen it before. If you can't find it I'll check it up asap.

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your first question, but as to your second the amount of polygons that can be in a single frame without slowdown is dependent on the computer's hardware running it. Something a high end computer can render at 200fps a laptop may only be able to handle at 20fps.

Where can I find how many polygons do I have in a map? And how many polygon are usually can be shown in one time before fps drop (just pollygon no texture,lighting, ect.
