    Directional Light Problem

Hello guys, I currently working on my assignment and I have a question regarding my current map, I built a house using BSP and left the roof open as I wanted some moonlight to shine into the house, I used the roof static mesh and placed them so that there is a hole in the middle and light can shine through, but the problem is the static mesh does not cast a shadow on the floor that is inside the house.

The floor for the house is made of a interpactor and the fracture static mesh as I'm trying to make the floor of the house break after the character picks up an item inside the house which is illuminated by that hole that is at the roof.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

EDIT : Okay I found out that the roof's shadow is working properly on the BSP at the bottom of the pit, but the problem is the fracture mesh and interpactor does not render the shadow properly. Any help on that?

    Thanks in advance

Check the actor properties to see if 'accept lights' is checked.

Yup, that would be my best guess.
