    My fixed camera angle conundrum...

    Hey everyone,

    I've been testing out a fixed angle, resident evil/FF7 type camera system, and i got it working through kismet just fine. But after some thought, i figured i should try some dynamic camera behaviors to break up the static angles a bit.

    What I'm trying to achieve is basically a cross between the static cams of RE and every now and then i trigger a final fantasy 10 like cam that follows the player but from a fixed path...yikes I'm terrible at explaining this, this vid shows what i mean in the first ten seconds (not the battle scenes obviously!)

    Now i already know this is probably more than possible with scripting but considering I'm still a Uscript noob, is there any possibility i can pull this off with Matinee perhaps?

    any help would be greatly appreciated, one way or another, i WILL figure this out dammit!
