Top Down Camera problems

You really need to look into using UnrealScript instead of Kismet for something like that:

I am making a top down game. The problem is, I don't know how to get rid of the default shooting target. I've got the camera set above the player, but when i play the game, he shoots straight down, towards the cross hairs. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
