Terrain texture Scaling

hello,
so I have an issue making roads on terrains while painting a texture in the terrain editor. Is there a way to scale it down (not the brush but the entire texture b4 painting it)?
I noticed that on BSP Geometry and Static Meshes u can scale the whole texture up and down but I can't find the option on terrain surfaces. Where can I find this option? If there is any...

1- Find the terrain mat in content browser.
2- Double click.
3- Change Mapping Scale.
