Hello what I am trying to do is create an "evolution" type game for fun and learning more about udk, my question is this. In my underwater stages I want to have kelp like plants that just wave and flow like they would in real life. Right now I am using cloth physics to no avail it needs to stand up and float but still have sort of a randomness about it and be dynamic. the problem i keep running into is even underwater the physics play as if it was in air. Is there a way that this can be done using cloth physics or is there a better way you would suggest doing this?
