Max Power repliedWhat he said. It'll save you a ton of time to rescale the model in the 3d package it was built, and reimport it to UDK.
One quick fix
right click a static mesh that's placed in the level > Select > Select Matching Static Meshes (This Class).
This selects all of a particular static mesh placed in a level, and you can set the draw scale.

Somebody sent me a upk file with environmental assets for a game, but the objects are scaled incorrectly, is it possible to rescale them and freeze them at the appropriate size so they come out from the unreal package at the correct scale?
