    Resize Static Mesh

Somebody sent me a upk file with environmental assets for a game, but the objects are scaled incorrectly, is it possible to rescale them and freeze them at the appropriate size so they come out from the unreal package at the correct scale?

The scale of objects in a package is based on the size when they are exported out of a 3D program, that's why it's best to model things in the correct scale

What he said. It'll save you a ton of time to rescale the model in the 3d package it was built, and reimport it to UDK.

      One quick fix
right click a static mesh that's placed in the level > Select > Select Matching Static Meshes (This Class).
This selects all of a particular static mesh placed in a level, and you can set the draw scale.

As an addition to this you can setup the size of an actor and turn that actor into a "archetype". That way you can store any kind of tweaks you did on the mesh and save an extra hell of a time.
