Relocating Transorm Gizmo relative to StaticMesh ?

Is there anyway to relocate the UDK/Unreal Editor Transform Gizmo relative to a StaticMesh I'm trying to manipulate? Obviously shifting from World to Local moves it, but not the way I want. I'd like to specifically be able to snap it to a corner of the Static Mesh so I can do Rotational Duplication of the mesh around that point of my choosing. Thanks. Sorry if it's a simple question. I've tried every key combo and button I can think of, and watched a few videos, but not seen this.

open properties of mesh (F4) there are values for position of gizmo.

static mesh actor > static mesh component > primitive component > translation

Hey Nawrot Thanks!!!! It's not as elegant as I'd like it to be, be nice to be able to drag and snap the gizmo to a corner of a mesh or grid. But will do! Thankyou!

        also try:

Position your cursor on the static mesh where you want the pivot to be
Right Click static mesh (without moving cursor)

        Pivot
        Move Pivot Here (snapped)

        then right click again

        Pivot
        Save Pivot to PrePivot

SENSATIONAL! I feel like I know what I'm doing all of a sudden. it's not true, but I feel like it. Now to get my head around rotational snapping.
