Where can I find free resources?

I was wondering if anyone knows where to get free resources like buildings, trees, grass, textures etc that you can use? I am not a graphic-artist in any way so I'm kinda bound to what UDK has. Ofc I would give the sources credit if I was to ever publish it in anyway for non-commercial use. Kinda just want to build different worlds in UDK to increase my portfolio as a designer

Anyway, there isn't much "game ready" lowpoly stuff for free. You can look through http://artist-3d.com/, or http://archive3d.net/.

And cgtextures.com for textures.

Well that's why I said free. I don't want people to feel like I'm using them, I'm just happy with what people wants to share

Most of free or even commercial models need heavy editing before they are suitable for udk. High poly and wasting 30k polygons on some small, round object is common. Sometimes parts of mesh are not uv mapped, they never have second uv for lightmaps. So you want it or not you need to modify models.
