    MAX to UDK

    Hi,

    I have a building in 3ds Max.
    How do save The Materials that way to Import it to UDK?

    How to Create a Material Map of the Building.

    I dont want to Export the Bulding and ReMeterial all Objekts.

    I'm pretty sure you can't export/import materials, you are going to have to remake them.

            The Quickest Way.
            Use the ASE exporter MAX already has. If you want to use the materials that were on it go to My Documents>3dsmax>scene assets>images. Here you will find all of the images used. It will include every material you have used in any project so I recomend after putting them in UDK put them in a folder to seperate. This way you can select all of them and do one import and get them all. They have to be 512x512,1024x1024,2048x2048.
