[Solved] Moving light not lit

I made a pointlight and made it toggleable. I used a level loaded and a matinee. I have the light on a movement track. I set up 3 keys and have the light move. It works just perfect in matinee. However when I run the level the Light never lights up.

If I go back in matinee it doesn't light. If I move the ligh,t at a key point, the light snaps back on and works again until I try to run the map. It stops working until I move the light again. I tried adding a toogleable track to keep turning the light on. It also only works until I run the map.

Any thoughts?
