Pose Skeletal Mesh in Level

JamieG repliedHmm, I'll have to try both. I just want to pose a bunch of dead bodies around without creating unique anims/poses for each position. Thanks for the tips!

Denny repliedIf you just need a specific frame or loop one animation it's better to add a normal SkeletalMeshActor, then in its properties go to SkeletalMesh > SkeletalMeshComponent and add an AnimSet to the AnimSet Array. Then in Animation define your animation sequence and either set time or playing & looping.

ffejnosliw repliedYes, you can set up an AnimTree for it and use SkelControls to modify bone rotations. and then assign that AnimTree to the SkeletalMeshActor in the level.
