Lighting appears neon green and neon pink; why is this happening?

    Hey guys,
I'm totally new to UDK. I'm going through the tutorial vids right now, the one about lighting. Anyway, when I click the build lighting button, it runs through a few processes and then my lighting shows up all neon pink and the shadows look neon green.

      Is lightmass enabled?

Very fetching. I haven't a clue what's going on - what are your hardware specs? Do you have any materials with emissive properties?

Turn off Use Emissive on any meshes that are Ligtmass enabled and see if that fixes it. I've seen issues with emissives and lightmass from time to time. Sometimes a higher quality lighting build (looks like you built on Medium) fixes the issue. I've seen artifacts on meshes where I very small amount of the UVs are using emissive. (Like, maybe that chandelier?)

            Hey guys,
Thanks for the help, it looks like the god ray I added was causing the lighting problems. Any idea why that is?
Sorry, I'm a noob, but I have one more problem, I can't select the god ray. Is there a list under some menu that I can click to see all the meshes in my scene, so I can select that god ray and delete it?

Either turn on "Allow Translucent Selection" or go into wireframe view. The Allow Translucent Selection button is two buttons to the left of the Prefab button.
