    custom mesh display error and material Question

    I am a college student on a Games Design Course and i have imported my own mesh and textures into my own package for a tree. The Mesh is weird in the editor though, the planes for the branches/leaves of the tree look weird, only some them appear in the model editor and in the game after being fully built. See pictures below:

    Does anybody know how i could fix this????







    Also can you repeat Textures/Materials??? if so, how?

    i figured out how to do the scaling and tiling thing but does anybody know how to fix the other error???

      Normals and single sided planes would explain allot of it, change your material to two sided and you will see if that's the problem.

        that worked But now i have the problem that i STILL cant see the tree in the Perspective ViewPort or Front ViewPort. Also as i move away from the tree, all the branches that you see in the images above start to turn white, how can i avoid this?

            fixed the problem of not seeing stuff in the viewport but i still dunno what to do about the branches/leaves going white when you move away
