I would suggest taking a look at bulding and room meassurements for this. Sorry if that wasn't a very good answer.
Hmm... I'm thinking it's easier to use static meshes for things... How do you set collision if you don't haegv 3DS Max? I have XSI Mod Tool. Can I set collision using that?
I'm wondering whnen is it good to use BSP brushes verses using static meshes?
Do I have to bake all the lighting for static meshes or get all the UVs exactly right in order to use them?

CreativeCoding repliedWell, you can go into the Cube brush and go into the scale mode. Than ctrl+click the red cube and drag to the size you want it. But, I prefer to make my levels in Maya, than I can re-edit and re-upload any time...
