Sound dampening

Is there any way to create a volume that whenever you're in it it muffles the sound, just a volume turn down would be fine by me, its not in the post process volume I don't think, I looked there.

You need to add a Reverb Volume around the area (like a post process volume) and then change the settings in the reverb volume (reverb type and LPF)
