    Physic and Fractured Mesh Problem

    Greetings!

    I'm currently playing around with fractured meshes and physical objects. My problem is regarding the interaction between these two. I've a ceiling which is a physical object that is supported by a column. This column is a fractured mesh. Now, logic demands that the ceiling will crush down once the column has been shot to tiny little pieces. But my ceiling is not playing by the rules! Once the column is destroyed is won't crash down. Without the column its working just fine, so I've probably missed something. This is driving me nuts, help would be greatly appreciated!

    have you tried to make only the bottom of your column support chunks and undestroyable and the roof "wake on level start" (you can find this in the roof's properties...)

        in the collision tab of your column's properties, have you "collide complex" checked? maybe then it works...
