UIScene Editor problems

Hi!

I'm trying to make a UIScene, and following the tutorial I found in "Mastering Unreal Technology: Volume 2", on page 576 they want me to go in to the UI Kismet and New action>UI>Activate UI State.

I cannot find this UI state, or even the UI tab under Action.

Am I missing something?

I am having this problem as well. There are, in fact, many critical events like this one that just aren't there anymore. Probably replaced with something else or lumped together into something generic for efficiency reasons. That would be okay... if I could figure out what I was supposed to do instead to get the job done.

I am looking for the following events in the Kismet editor for UI Widgets:

Activate UI State
Slider Value
Editbox Value

I am going to assume that this method for obtaining values for each of these widgets has been removed in favor of another method. Does anybody know what that method is?

Edit: I am also missing anything from Action > Data Store. Huge chunks of the "Creating user Interfaces" section of this book is useless because of updates that apparently happened way back in 2008.
