Dynamic Light for Fractured Static Mesh

The dominantdirectional light i'm using doesn't seem to update the shadow when my destructible static mesh is being carved , any idea how to make this work.

I see something about Inclusion volumes in the Directional Light's properties, but I dont quite know how to make it work exactly. Is it possible to Force the light to make dynamic shadows of static meshes in a certain volume?

    Anyone tried this before?

The following whay is not a good way of doing it, but you can keep it as a placeholder till someone else has a better idea:

take a regular skylight put the brightness (in the properties/light/light component/LightComponent) on 0.1. Put Lower Brightness (in the properties/light/light component/SkyLightComponent) on 0.05.

You can choose your own values based on how dark your map is.

errr.. i'm not sure if you know what I'm saying here. But I need dynamic shadows on my destructibles. How does lowering light works? I'll try it when i get back home though.
