    How would be able to show the ammo and health in a UI scene?

    Subclassing a UIObject and make it that it draws Text or modifies a UILabel's text to the Pawns health. Should be the same for ammo

      subclassing as in extending one of the .uc files? just making sure , im also not sure how to even start any of that, maybe pointing to a tut? or is it simple ?

        Anyone? Im not sure what to do to get this im still confused, i looked around im not finding much on showing health or ammo on the UI scene

          There a way. It depend which HUD to modified to show up some information.

          Here one example:
          Code:
          class UTMWeap_CustomWeapon extends UTBeamWeapon;
          ///...
          /**
           * Draw the Crosshairs
           */
          simulated function DrawWeaponCrosshair( Hud HUD )
          {
          ...
          H.Canvas.SetPos(35,280);//just add this
          H.Canvas.DrawText("Name ");//just add this
          ...
          }
          This only show up when you equip your custom weapon. Do a simple search using the keyword HUD. There you find tons of HUD to draw from game play, vehicles, weapons and other things. As long you look for relation to the code you might see it.
