Make Rain or snow

How can i make Snow or rain in one level?

Ask in the level creation section. Adding rain usually involves meshes or particle emitters.

Get ut3 copy, open CTf-Coret in editor there is lots of rain and water. You can learn how its done.

Writing here that you need transparent mesh sheets with distortion material will not help you. You need to see how its done, same when i write "add some water drop emitters" will not help much, You need to see how its done on working and optimized example. Or somebody to write tutorial.
