    Unlit sky material

    How do I create a material that isn't affected by lights etc? More self-lit that unlit, I guess.

    I managed it in the UT3 editor but my packages are borked after installing the UDK.

    And how do you apply materials to BSP without clicking + dragging?

    It should be a property of the material; select the main 'node' in the material editor, and scroll down the properties at the bottom. Should be easy to find.

    Edit: Unless something has changed in a recent build I don't know about yet, of course.

      In the material editor set the shading type to unlit (default is phong) and make sure it has something in the emisive slot.

        That's it. Just hook a Texture Sample up to Emissive with MLM_Unlit.
