Build to iOS on PC

I'm just new with UDK and trying to build to iOS from PC
Provisioning already done
But got problem when exporting
How could I fix it?

Select the New User tab even though you are already registered, and do the steps there. If necessary, make a new certificate. I found that easier that trying to get an existing certificate to work.

By the way, do you use UDK or Unreal Engine 4? The left screenshots doesn't really look like UDK.

I use UE4, what is different between UE and UDK?

UDK is the free version of ue3, which is an older engine than ue4.
