i'm probably missing something major here, but is anyone having issues with mp3 playback on iOS 7, iPhone5s? mp3 playback works fine on 4th generation iPad and iPhone 4s, but for some reason, on the 5s, game-supplied mp3's aren't playing. normal music from device music library does work though.
any help is appreciated.

[EDIT] for unknown reasons background music seems to work fine now, and is a non-issue. this thread can probably be removed.
