    Even if it were possible, if you were releasing a commercial game? With respect, you'd be opening yourself up to litigation. You can't just use things without licensing them. I'd stick to the TOS, unless you have no concerns about living a lawsuit-free lifestyle. ^^

    Thank you for the answers. Just another clarification, isn't it even possible to use the .dll to attach c++ methods?

    edit: i'm referring to this http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/DLLBind.html.

    So in short, if you stick to using UDK you will not be able to write your own C++.

    You have to get the Full License Unreal Engine 3 (Not the 99$ or other UDK License) to use native C++ code.

    The "full" license mentioned there is not the $99 UDK license. It is the full-source Unreal Engine 3 license.

    C++ in mobile. Is it possible?

    Hi everyone, i'm reading the licensing page in udk and if i understood is possible to use c++ in Unrealscript if you have the license:

    A: The primary difference is that UDK does not include Unreal Engine 3 C++ source code access. UDK ships with all the UnrealScript code and Unreal Engine tool integrations as the commercial version of Unreal Engine 3, offering all the same features the pros use.
    The tools and technology are the same however a "full" license includes the underlying C++ source code to the engine and tools
    Is the full license the one that costs 99$ or are they speaking of another million dollars full license ?
    I will probably buy the 99$ license if i will finish my current work (and to continue on it i need to know if is better i start from now writing something in c++ so i avoid to do the same things two times).
    Another question is if is possible to use c++ in mobile because i didn't find a reference on this. This probably would say that there are no differences between the pc and mobile version but i want to be sure.
