Have you registered your device on the Apple Provisioning portal?

Ah! I ran into this problem recently, myself. After I updated to the March version, they seem to have added an extra step where you have to generate a key pair from the Keychain Assistant on Mac. It's a PITA, but after you get it done it doesn't have to be repeated.

After dropping and dragging your provision certificate into Keychain Manager, click on the certificate sub window and export the file. It's needs to be in the p12 format, and you'll have to make a password. Then, go back to iPhonePackager and plug it in.

Good luck! It's sort of irritating, but don't forget these steps are ultimately in place to help us. Piracy is a MASSIVE problem on Android, and less of one on iOS. Dealing with this ultimately means more money for us. ^^
