Jailbroken development?

Just wondering now that i have gotten my iphone jailbroken, if i will be able to develop trough UDK now without a "Apple Developer".. thing?
Wich they, last time i checked charged 99$ for

You don't need your phone jailbroken to be able to use it to develop UDK, and you will still need an Apple Developer's license.
