iAd always show a blank white bar on the screen without networking!

After calling ShowBanner, the blank white bar show on the screen, and the iAd would appear after several seconds. But the white bar would always appear if there have no network connecting. It's very boring!

Ahh yep, I indeed wasn't handling error cases properly.

I am now following Apple's recommendations (slide the ad on only after it loads) - hopefully will make it into this next UDK build.
