Is it possible with the Unreal engine to create a GoW vs. UT3 tdm game?

Is it possible to use the Unreal engine provided with the pc realeses of GoW 1 and UT3 and create a team deathmatch style game with one team playing by the gears duck and cover system with gears weapons and the other team would play with unreal rules and weapons. I would love to see a 3rd person vs 1st person shooter based on these two worlds married together to create and Epic megagame! Any ideas??

Both are copyrighted material by Epic, porting and then publicly releasing the content via UDK is not allowed.

Thanks for the reply. I have no idea what porting is and I have no intention of publicly releasing content I have no idea how to create. I think it would be interesting to see a game like that and I was curious if others would feel the same way. I will take your reply as yes it is possible and if anyone does they will be sued by Epic.
