I posted awhile ago about a lighting issue, thank you very much that problem was fixed

Now with UDK June I've hit a road block. My level will not lower in brightness, even if I turn the emissive and static lighting all the way down. Also, my meshes are slightly rainbow coloured...

I'm presuming that this is a problem with the way the light map is being baked?

I was hoping someone could tell me how to fix these two problems?
