Technical Help Question: Endless Cutscene until Finger Press

There are Kismet events for handling touch input. I think this one should work:

Alright I have an idea, but I have no idea how to do it....

I want to create a Cutscene as my "home screen" or "main menu" for my level. I want to make it so it loops endlessly until the player presses any spot on the screen on the iPad (which im using for testing).

I am heavily familar with Matinee, creating the cutscene and camera set up is nothing I can't do within minutes, but attaching a "Stop" command with using the finger input tool is what im trying to figure out any help is most appreciated!
