UDK Binaries Information - UDKMobileLift.exe vs UDKMobile.exe

Could someone explain me the difference between these binaries:

UDKMobileLift.exe
UDKMobile.exe

What does the Lift suffix stands for?

Or maybe point me to a source containing information on the subject. I've searched the forums and the UDN and could not find information on the subject.

The both are stubs that will execute the appropriate version of MobileGame.exe for your platform (either 32bit or 64bit) Lift will escalate permissions so that if you have UAC on everything works.
