hey guys i wanted to ask if i'm able to create a camera like in gears of wars or some thing like that but please with all of it's details tell me every thing to do because i might find it a little bit difficult and i also want it to be in the ut game and not by creating new game type please help me

I think you might want to start your project in UE4 instead. But if you really want to learn about UDK's cameras, do everything in https://udn.epicgames.com/Three/Came...icalGuide.html. When you have successfully created all of the examples in there, you will be able to set up the camera however you want. I don't think anyone here will be willing to do all the work for you. You will learn how to do it by Googling, reading tutorials, and trying things out for yourself.
