Matinee export mobile

Hi, hopefully a simple question but it's driving me nuts.

I have a matinee flythrough setup for my scene for mobile, however when I go to export it reverts back to non mobile and then my materials and particles don't work correctly because they are set up for mobile. Is there something I need to add to kismet/matinee to get it to playback in mobile mode?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
