    Custom character floating and rotated

    I made a custom model and skinned it to udk's UT3_Male skeleton found at http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/UDKCustomCharacters.html
    I got it imported into udk and all the animations are working properly.. I got my programmer to get the model to show up in game as a bot and it runs around and shoots at you... The only problem is that the bot is like 5 feet off the ground and the model is rotated 90 degrees to the right (when it shoots at you it's facing at a 90 degree angle but still hits you). Does anyone know a fix for this problem?

    please follow the character tutorial video's, in the mesh editor you need to move the origin Z=-51 and the rotation Yaw=-90
