First of all, How will I have the permission to apply modern guns to my game? (Mostly military weapons). Where will I get the permission?

And how will I know if I have the copyright to apply and use the specific guns in my game? Also, how much will be the expenses?

Many of the gun designs are owned by Airsoft Companies (copyrighted), I would start there.
