Pretty Neat looking. I do notice however, The wooden support beams going diagonal seem to be cut in half and look uneven. Im not sure if it just because of the lighting or something else. All in all it is looking good and keep up the good work.

Do you have permission from whoever holds the xcom ip?

No need to ask permission to create a non-commercial remake of an old game.

Could you provide a source for this claim?

Legislation of the Russian Federation does not prohibit the establishment of non-commercial products under the well-known labels. In this case, the creator shall refer to the copyright holders.

wouldnt this fall under international law though?
I dont know much about laws, but i have seen many mods go under for using established IPs. Also, there is a new Xcom game on the way so the IP is in no way "old".

No, in Russia, international law is unviable. First of all, because of peculiarities of our country.
I know that now is the development of new games under the label XCom, however, Enforcer for this game has nothing to do.
Truth to tell, from Take-Two personally I would not see the FPS, and RTS under the label X-COM. However, it is their choice. Maybe the game they are developing to be much more successful than anything that tried to create Microprose.
Original X-COM: Enforcer was developed by Microprose in 2001 year.

Alright. Would just hate to see you spend time on this project only for it to be dropped by the original owners, so I hope you know what youre doing.

                              Good luck!
