You should really work on those textures! And, mabye add a little bit more detail to the building meshes. Still, it looks good so far!

Not bad. The textures are low res, but it makes the game available to a wider audience as a result. By that I just mean that more computers can play it.

you should look at some image references. Pick something that ressemble what you are looking for ans start elaborate the level. It's a way too simple. Maybe doing simple level tutorial from 3dbuzz might be a good idea.
