did you move it into udk dir yet? or do you mean how to use it afterwards?
if you already put it in there it should show up in the content browser

Are either of these still available, I tried the Layout download but it didn't work on an empty project. Nothing new arrived in the content browser after import. I tried the CloDel Studios link but it's not working.Comment

The Link in the OP is a "valid Link" - although i feel the term active would be more appropriate.

Maybe the link is being funky due to gamefront, or something on your end [ISP or PC AV ?], if you have issues try pasting the above link into firefox or chrome a few times. It will work.
