    LayOut Starter Kit





    Anytime i have joined a new project, rather it be unreal or idtech i always make a layout kit so i don't get distracted by the existing artwork.

    + You can post WIP stuff in a more professional matter without showing default unreal players ext...

    I made a little starter kit in my spare time for you guys.......enjoy.

          I'm currently working on a weapon and level construction kit too.

          With a level kit you can build your level so perfect you should never have to touch the concordance editor.

          Here is an example i made for our METALVERSE project a year ago using a construction kit.

          100% perfect alignment.

          Should be done this week, i will post all the source files (.psd&maya) with it so you guys can re skin and re color.

                LOL...I never played ut99 but i will have to take a look.

                That was part of an art style package i pitched to the other team members.
                It was tagged **** and declined a long time ago.

                      When I try and load this into the UDK editor I get the following message

                      Unable to load package (..\..\UDKGame\Content\FF\Characters\Layout.upk) PackageVersion 727, MaxExpected 706 : LicenseePackageVersion 0, MaxExpected 0.

                      Do I need a specific version of the UDK to view this file?

                        I compiled it with the june version....

                        I did not know you could only go up in version and not down with all packages.

                        Let me know what version you are using and i will compile one for you.
