    Default UDK crash instantly after fresh install.

    Hello members,

    I got a real issue with the UDK version 2011-06 (June 2011). Due to my project I am only able to use exactly THIS version.

    Problem is the following:

    I freshly install UDK, after successfull installation it asks me "Do you want to start UDK now?" and I click "YES". It finishes the installation window and starts up UDK without any error.
    After closing UDK this first time, it wont come back working any time again.
    The next time I try to start UDK (tried both win32 and win64 exe) it crashes instantly on my Win7 64 bit. ("UDK does not working anymore and has to be closed")

    The thing which is confusing me, it`s working after the fresh install if I tick "Would you like to start UDK now?" but not one time after this.
    (by the way, tried it without ticking "start now", too)

    Alright i can see that this is not GPU related as you have a good GPU, can you list your pc specs ?
    also are you running any other process, flash related,shockwave related process i.e. youtube videos, vimeo videos, online flash games or any other similar website while using UDK ?

    I tried it again while closing every other process. Not working.
    I disabled my second screen and started again. Not working.

    My PC specs are:

    Intel i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz
    8 GB RAM DDR3
    GeForce GTX 560Ti
    500GB Harddrive
    P67 B3 Revision Motherboard

    Alright I got the problem fixed now maybe! I created a shortcut and added this: "-nomovies" to the end. (Thanks to Thor btw!)
    It seems like the startup movies killed the UDK.exe

    My new log is this: (I started an Instant action played a bit and closed UDK)

    My mate says my log is still not clean. "accessed nones" and "scriptlog warning"

    Scriptlog warnings and accessed none should normally have nothing to do with crashes afaik, can you run the editor without having a crash ?
