    Default FBX Skeletal mesh looks better than the PSK

    The thing I dont understand is why my character gets deformed inside UDK.

    Might be bone weight problem. Show pictures yes .

    I goofed up in 3ds max lol... Noob mistake

    Having an edit poly on top of a skin modifier is no good.

    Will post pics when im able to
