Question How to create my own Redirect Service?

As the title suggests, I would like to know if it would be possible to create a good, stable and ultimately secure Redirect Service for my UT3 Server.

I know there are free redirect servers, one in Europe (slower download speeds to Australia) and one in USA, I'm currently using the one in USA, it has some decent speeds and does the job well, however Skillz is a little busy of late meaning adding maps to the service is a little more time consuming, which has been a good thing, as I came up with the idea that I could create my own redirect.

Bottom line, Is it possible, is it more complex than my above description?

    Thanks again,
    ~WT!

dont do that, because that might/will raise the ping of players and create lag since players joining will be downloading from the same server people are playing on.

That might be true, but the connection is 100+mbps upstream/downstream

    EDIT:

I have gone through the process of setting up my own redirect, it was actually easier than I thought (:
