I have a feeling rounds will finish extremely quickly with the node layout, but it seems good apart from that.
PC specs: 64KB ram, 1.023 MHz cpu, MOS Technology VIC-II 6567/8562 graphics, 6581/8580 SID sound.
A nice clean WAR map.
* Nodes are blocked off with Floating mesh; But the Core is wide Open...
* Maybe it would be nice with a little bit more variation; maybe add a few more mesh/statues or texture variances, it is a nice map but a little empty.
The Free roaming aspect is a little bit worrying; some places you can get stuck. FOR EXAMPLE:

Real final version:
Fixed most of the roaming problems. (I tried to fix most of the places where you can get stuck but there might be a few ones left).
And added some more cover for the power core.
And added some more meshes/texture diversity near the core.
