custom normal map problem
Anyone having trouble with the normal maps they are imporiting not displaying depth properly on one half of their lights?
For instance, the depth displays perfectly on one side of my light, but on the other side, it appears as if the light disregards the normal map and and does not display any depth. I have no clue how to reseolve this issue. any help would be great.
have you tried inverting the green channel on the nmap?might help.
sounds like your UnpackMin is set to the default of zero.
when you import a normal map, you can choose Compression: TC_Normalmap.
then it should setup UnpackMin to -1 for you.
