    It does have issues still, they don't limit it's spread to be mean, they do it since it's not ready for the public just yet.

    Thanks for the link/patch - its working fine.

    EDIT: Omg, soooo much better with these new x-hairs.

    However, I'm using a DoT for IG, and I would like it to be a tad bigger - what number do I change for that;

    Code:
    [UTGame.UTWeap_InstagibRifle]
    Priority=4.3
    bTargetFrictionEnabled=TRUE
    bTargetAdhesionEnabled=TRUE
    CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=282,V=92,UL=9,VL=9)
    CrosshairColor=(R=255,G=0,B=255,A=255)
    bUseCustomCoordinates=true
    Code:
    [UTGame.UTWeap_ShockRifle]
    Priority=4.2
    bTargetFrictionEnabled=TRUE
    bTargetAdhesionEnabled=TRUE
    CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=282,V=92,UL=6,VL=6)
    CrosshairColor=(R=255,G=0,B=255,A=255)
    bUseCustomCoordinates=true
    I have put both the IG rifle, and the shock rifle entries, as I don't know which ones are being used. Thanks all ^^ Game feels abit better now without those horrible X.

    Shock and IG rifles are seperate, I have no clue how to scale stuff yet, making it use less of a crosshair just cuts of the excess, it doesn't make it larger, but there are several elements you can use as a dot.

    CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=474,V=27,UL=9,VL=9) that's a larger round dot.

    Do you know how to make the DoT X-hair thicker mate? Need it about twice the size of;

    CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=29,V=414,UL=4,VL=4) might be a good dot also, it's a bit larger than the one I use for shock but a bit smaller than the round one.

    I guess I'm missing something, I went into my utweapon.ini and entered

    bUseCustomCoordinates=true
    CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=276,V=84,UL=22,VL=25 )

    Went into the game and I still have customer crosshairs for each weapon they have not changed.

    But if you use simple crosshairs you can't see if you have somebody latched on to your vehichle (or is this fixed in the beta)

    jeppo: it's brilliant, but could you make it start at the default values? the text and sliders doesn't match at the start, it's
    CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=64,V=64,UL=128,VL=12 8)
    instead of
    CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=64,V=64,UL=64,VL=64)

    And that only changes if you move the size sliders, seen a number of people tripped up by that, the color slider also defaults to something other than the value shown at first.

    hopefully in a future patch there is a fix for a vehcile indicator for grappling as it dont show on simple/custom xhairs atm.

    also maybe we get to do custom vehcile xhairs too as in 2k4.

    Set the default crosshair to what you'd like to have in vehicles, and make all guns have their own, sure it's only one for all vehicles but a tiny cross with a dot in the middle is a lot better than the stupid O thing on the tank by default.

    Ok, so in UTWeapon.ini i added the line:

    bUseCustomCoordinates=True
    CustomCrosshairCoordinates(U=276,V=84,UL=2,VL=25)

    right under the heading [UTGame.UTWeapon], which was right at the top.

    I now have no xhair, and I have Simple Xhair enabled.

    Did I do something wrong? (I'm on official patch)

    Just wondering, is there any way to load CustomUT in non-CustomUT servers?

    Wow I love my dot, finally got it back (always played IG in UT2004, using a nice green dot) I'm currently using these values:

    bUseCustomCoordinates=true
    CustomCrosshairCoordinates=(U=412,V=29,UL=8,VL=8)
    CrosshairColor=(R=0,G=255,B=0,A=255)

    A mid-sized dot, finally got some killing sprees :P must be because of my new crosshair

    what file and the location, do you edit to use colored crosshairs?
    Using the code 'CrosshairColor=(R=255,G=255,B=255,A=255)' and simple crosshairs-

    *bump*

    how to prevent the crosshair resize when you take an item? (ammo,weapons etc..)
    I know that in utcomp it's possible to prevent what i said changing this line in the "utcompxxxx.ini"

    [utcompxxxxx.utcompxxxxx_Settings]

    bEnablePickupCrosshairResize=False -> instead of true

    Hi all, i have a question. I have been playing UT3 for 2 weeks now and i want a different crosshair. Tried the coordinates in this thread and tried brad's tweaker which are both awesome but not what i'm looking for.

    This is wat i want. This is a screenshot from Mokum X Insta Server and i changed my crosshair into the little x.

    http://www.uploadplaatjes.nl/plaatjes/1/128015.jpg

    Can somebody tell me how i adjust my settings to have this little x while playing instagib? Thank you very much!

    This is a huge improvement already. Not exactly what i want but i could live with this.
    Isn't there a way to adjust the picture with crosshair used by these coordinates? To put my little x in there.
